Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique learning requirements, strengths, and challenges.

Adapt and differentiate instructional materials and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
3.
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
4.
Utilize a variety of assessment tools to monitor and evaluate students' progress, making data-driven adjustments to instructional strategies.
5.
Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
6.
Provide specialized instruction in academic subjects, life skills, and behavior management as needed.
7.
Advocate for students' needs and rights within the school and community, promoting an inclusive and supportive environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
2.
State Teaching Certification in Special Education.
3.
Strong understanding of different learning disabilities and instructional approaches.
